Here is where you can post questions about the PD plan and budget.

Question: What if we have new staff or someone is missing from the sheet? Where do we add names?
Answer: On the bottom of the sheet.

Question: Where do we input new staff information?
Answer: Only put it on the "Staff Info" tab. If you put it on another tab, you mess up the spreadsheet. That tab updates the rest of the spreadsheet.

Question: What's the difference between all PD and essential PD?
Answer: Essential PD is 36 hours and includes: OOTB-Laptop (4 hrs), OOTB-Smartboard (4 hrs), OOTB-eChalk (4 hrs), iTeach (16 hrs), iLearn (8 hrs).
All PD includes up to 85 hours in any class including: Get Going (8 hrs), iRefresh (4 hrs), etc.

Question: Who is eligible to receive laptops?
Answer: iTiL supports your instructional program. All core content teachers and additional teachers whose school principal identified as essential participants to the iTiL program.

Question: When will the next laptop rollout occur for teachers?
Answer: The next rollout is tentatively scheduled to occur in May.

Question: How do we record a teacher who has left the school on the spreadsheet?
Answer: Change their record from "employed" to "unemployed" under "Employment Status" in Column B.

Question: What do we do if we offered PD but did not record it in ProTraxx?
Answer: You should go back into ProTraxx and input the class and update the attendance.

Question: What if a teacher is teaching a different grade or subject this year from last year or next year?
Answer: Indicate the grades and subjects taught last year and this year.
